Welcome to the 2026 Black College Invitational Championship (BCIC) Vendor Application.

Games will be held March 27–29, 2026, at the Virginia State University Multipurpose Center in Ettrick, Virginia.

To apply as a vendor, please complete and submit the online application below. One request per business may be submitted. We are accepting food and merchandise vendors with the expectation of 5,000+ event goers.

Vendor Fees:
One Day - $200

Two Day - $350

Three Day - $500

Nonprofit - $50/day

​

Payment will be due within 48 hours of the Vendor Acceptance email.

No vendor application will be considered after Wednesday, February 25, 2026.
